Damian Hughes
Resolve West was founded by Damian Hughes, an accredited workplace mediator with over 25 years' experience working in customer-facing and business environments. Throughout his career, Damian has worked with people from diverse backgrounds and understands the importance of effective communication in resolving conflict and maintaining positive working relationships.
Damian became an accredited mediator in 2022 and completed his Civil and Commercial Mediation accreditation with Mediation Academy in 2024.
He is a member of the International Mediation Institute and holds a QQI Level 6 qualification in Advanced Business Management, including studies in:

- Human Resource Management
- Conflict Resolution
- Communications
